A fast-growing AI SAAS platform serving law firms was seeing a huge demand for voice agents. Work
We split our work into the following phases:
- Identify relevant voice agent solutions: We conducted a detailed analysis of four different voice AI vendors, focusing on their product capabilities, company background, pricing models, development roadmaps, service structures, and security/privacy practices.
- Validate the most appropriate candidate: We built quick prototypes with the two most promising vendors to complete the vendor assessment.
- Build the first few agents: Using the selected platform, we built the first four voice agents. These agents covered the most common use cases that the client’s AI agents would need to support in the future.
- Identify gaps in the workflow: While building and testing the agents, we identified potential issues the client might face moving forward.
- Define an integration plan: Based on our findings and considering the client’s needs and insights, we reviewed the vendors’ APIs in detail and documented a comprehensive integration plan that their team used as a technical spec.
- Document a recommended workflow: To empower the client’s team to continue creating voice agents autonomously, we documented a recommended end-to-end workflow streamlining the process from their client request to a functional agent.
