Building A Copilot For Travel Agents

ACAI’s vision is to expand travel agents capabilities by building AI enabled copilots. By partnering with Agent Studio, ACAI got a functional prototype in 8 weeks.

Client

ACAI is an early stage tech startup. Founded in September 2023 by Riccardo Vittoria, ACAI had raised their pre-seed round, hired their core team and had started working with the first batch of enterprise customers when it engaged with Agent Studio.

Objective

ACAI’s core goal was to materialize their product vision by building a functional prototype.

Work

Our work during the 8 weeks we helped ACAI involved:

• Understand ACAI vision and value proposition by engaging with Riccardo (ACAI CEO and founder).
• Co-define with ACAI founder the scope of the initial prototype.
• Build the prototype using Stack-ai, a low-code platform aimed at building AI-first applications.
• Integrate the prototype into a test Salesforce environment.
• Test the prototype extensively until the experience felt polished and aligned with the vision layed out with ACAI founder.

Results

Our work during these 8 weeks helped ACAI:

• Clarify their product vision.
• Show progress to investors.
• Validate first batch of technical choices in terms of prompts and LLMs usage.

Conclusion

In about two months, ACAI could start showing tangible proof of how their copilot would assist travel agents.
