Giving Fresque de la RSE a high level view of all their events

Fresque de la RSE was storing all of their event data in a difficult to use event management system. Using no-code tools, Agent Studio built a simple but more comprehensive platform.

Client

Fresque de la RSE encourages companies to adopt ethical, responsible, and sustainable practices within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). By joining for 1€, members contribute to fostering a collective movement towards more ethical business operations. One of their main activity is to organize events to train and sensibilise people on CSR practice.

Objective

Centralize their event and participants data. Unlike the previous system, the new solution had to allow all stakeholders to have complete visibility across all the events (participants, instructors, schedules, locations…).

Work

Our work involved:

• Setting up Airtable to aggregate all data points related to any event
• Using Zapier to manage all required data flows
• Configuring Airtable automations to both communicate with event instructors and standardize data collection

Results

Our work helped Fresque de la RSE:

• Spend much less time aggregating data
• Easily review event status from an easy to use centralized platform
• Easily analyze and track their data

Conclusion

A completely revamped internal facing platform built in a few weeks by combining no-code tools.
