We gave the final session of a 20+ hour training program around Generative AI to industrial companies in the Basque Country. Participants rated the session highly and gained practical insights to transform their daily tasks. Check out how we made AI accessible and actionable in their companies.

Client

We helped Brainandcode and Digitalentu implement the final session of their training program called IndustrIA. With over 80 participants, IndustrIA is a +20 hour training program specifically designed for industrial companies located in the Basque Country (Spain).

Objective

Companies like Fagor, Lecta, Cometel, and HRE Automation are looking to train part of their workforce on gen AI and automation. Our session—the last of the program—was designed to help participants understand how the theory and concepts they had learned in previous sessions (LLMs, prompting…) could be applied to solve some of their real work-related problems.

Work

Our work involved:

• Understanding what participants knew about gen AI and automation before coming to our session.
• Collaborating with Brainandcode and Digitalentu to identify six relevant use cases for the industrial sector.
• Creating the materials for the 90 min sessions. This is what the session covered:
  • Why is everyone talking about AI agents?
  • Why should companies care?
  • How to identify which processes in our organizations make more sense to automate?
  • Top 3 tools for non-technical users to prototype use cases
• Building six functional prototypes to exemplify six relevant use cases for industrial companies.

After the 8 sessions, we collected feedback from participants. Here’s how they rated the session:
