AI Agents Training for Perseus Group

We delivered a one-day AI workshop for Perseus Group, a French industrial holding company. We helped leaders understand generative AI applications in their business context, showcasing relevant prototypes and use cases for their specific industrial needs.

Client

Perseus Group is a family-owned holding specialized in the acquisition and sustainable development of SMBs in France, mostly industrial companies. The top management of the group and their entities gathered in Barcelona for a one-day workshop around AI and automations, applied to their business.

Objective

The goal was for the company leaders to better understand what Gen AI and Automations are, what their capabilities and limitations are, and, above all, how they could apply them in their context. We spent the first part of the day inspiring them with the capabilities of AI Agents. We shared real-life use cases they could relate to, helping them identify how they could apply these new tools in their own work.

Work

Our work involved:

• An initial session with the participants to understand their expectations and identify a few use cases that could be studied during the workshop.
• Building a dozen prototypes to showcase relevant use cases for their specific needs
• Creating the material for a one-day workshop covering:
  • What are AI Agents?
  • Their benefits
  • How to use them: opportunities and challenges
  • A focus on direct productivity through GPTs
  • A deep dive into the use cases
• Workshop on identifying the applications in their context and digging into each possible opportunities.

Results

The day went by very fast. Participants had a lot of general questions at the beginning but, throughout the day, they grasped the potential of AI Agents, beyond what chatGPT can offer. In the end, they had a plan of actions to implement AI and automations within their companies and the keys to take the first steps.
